They ask if it has passed the "Minto" test - it is about Situation, Complication, Solution, xxx. Sometimes, I get irritated by it. At other times, it makes sense. But for me, it is a learning experience.

Consulting Gyaan Tip #1 Today, I learnt a new word in the management jargon. This was really new coz I haven't heard it any time before. The word is "Strategic Philanthropy". There might be many explanations for that but in fact what it really means is investing your time in such philanthropic activities that will aid/boost your career.
