Consulting Gyaan #2 Do the "Minto" thinking. Every time I end up showing a deck to the Senior Managers here, they first look to see if the story board is right. They ask if it has passed the "Minto" test - it is about Situation, Complication, Solution, xxx. Sometimes, I get irritated by it. At other times, it makes sense. But for me, it is a learning experience.
