Women as Buyers


Women as Buyers - It is important that when dealing with women executives,  the following are kept in mind. Now, these might not be accurate but is based on some research that my firm had done. I usually have people who disagree with this as it is a sensitive topic.

    1. Don’t assume, do consider
    2. Accent on team — hers and yours
    3. It's always personal
    4. Seek commonality instead of friendly competition
    5. Watch your body language, position yourself face to face
    6. Think “inside the workday box” for social time
    7. Listen for her invitation to “talk” and engage at that level
    8. Details matter
    9. Remember that she has a "longer list”
    10. What’s the “Winning Proposition”?
