women executives, the following are kept
in mind. Now, these might not be accurate but is based on some research that my
firm had done. I usually have people who disagree with this as it is a
sensitive topic.

commonality instead of friendly competition

your body language, position yourself face to face

for her invitation to “talk” and engage at that level
